At HERS Body Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers.
However, due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care items), we have implemented a specific return and exchange policy to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
2. When Can You Return or Exchange a Product?
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.

The customer received a different item than what was originally ordered.
3. Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the defect or damage.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened (unless the damage is visible on the outer packaging).

If the issue is confirmed to be from our side or the courier, we will cover all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Products

Cosmetics or personal care items that have been opened or used.

Custom-made or personalized products.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
5. Return & Exchange Process

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will either replace the item with a new one or issue a full refund to the original payment method, depending on your preference.

The review and replacement process usually takes 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned product.
