Return & Exchange Policy

1. Policy Scope

At HERS Body Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers.
However, due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care items), we have implemented a specific return and exchange policy to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.


2. When Can You Return or Exchange a Product?

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  1. The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.

  2. The customer received a different item than what was originally ordered.


3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened (unless the damage is visible on the outer packaging).

  • If the issue is confirmed to be from our side or the courier, we will cover all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.


4. Non-Returnable Products

  • Cosmetics or personal care items that have been opened or used.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.


5. Return & Exchange Process

  • Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will either replace the item with a new one or issue a full refund to the original payment method, depending on your preference.

  • The review and replacement process usually takes 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned product.

Please note: returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.


7. Additional Notes

  • HERS Body Care reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative product or a refund.

  • This policy is governed by the general Terms & Conditions of our website.
